Back to School

After all of our summer travels we were all ready for school to start.
We all needed to be back on a schedule again.
It's hard to believe we've already been in session for over a month.
I've made lunches every day.
A victory.
I will enjoy our last year where everyone is at the same school.
Who knows what middle school will be like.
Honestly, I don't like to think about it.
So we will just savor the joys of Elementary school.
Grade 5
Grade 3
Grade 2 and
Kindergarten.

Bring on the New Year!

School is back in session.
Bring on 4th grade, 2nd grade, 1st and pre-school!

It's That Time Again

Today, it's BACK TO SCHOOL and at a NEW school this year, too.

Miss Kaycee starts Kindergarten. Miss Rylee into grade 3. And, Clay man into grade 1.

So happy. They woke up extra early so they wouldn't miss this:


That's right folks! After three years of being the chauffeur, this beauty will take over.
I'll still have to pick up Kaycee at noon, but that's it.
I must admit though that I got a pretty good sized lump in my throat as I watched the kids leave.

We took the plunge and let them take the bus the VERY first day.
How can they be growing so fast?
