Lucy is our spunky little girl. She's 18 months and loves to be around people. She is very sweet and happy, but when she's not either, she is sneaky and scowley. She loves to walk around in anyone else's shoes and do what her siblings are doing. She does do something though that none of our other kids have done, on a regular basis. She diaper dives! If we don't catch her in time, she gets messy and it is gross!! Just last night, we caught her dipping her binky in the toilet! N-A-S-T-Y. Aside from her gross behaviors, she makes us laugh. She learned to twirl a couple weeks ago. It's more of a pivot, but twirling none the less. If she hears any music, any time, any where, she stops to get her groove on. Such a beauty you are Lucy. We love you so much. You are just so darn cute. We may have to use handcuffs though while you're in diapers. We don't want you to get sick but 2 of your aunts tried it once and they survived. (Poor Grandpa he was the discoverer while Grandma was gone! YUCKY!!) Love you all and miss you soooooooooo much.

One of my brothers was a diaper diver and after my mom taped his diaper on and realized it was ouchy to take the tape off she cut an ace wrap down to size and used that to ace wrap the diaper on and clip it in place with that easy metal catch/clip. Just an idea.

Diaper Dive - If a controlled adult were to do so, it would almost be synonymous to the dipstick. Unfortunately, when such technique is applied to the youngest generation of diaper wearers, the technique often involves the whole hand, maybe both hands, and often appears to be an attempt to rid the dirty diaper of its contents while still wearing the diaper. However, the diver eventually notices that he/she does not have anywhere to place the refuse and subsequently makes a deposit on his/her clothes, hair, face, other body parts, on whatever he/she is sitting, etc. etc.
